    Hilltop Communities is where our mission begins, locally grounded in New York, led by Dr. Roseanne Esposito. Rooted in connection, care, and growth; serving families, students, and schools through innovative local programs and study abroad.

  • Coloring a Brighter Future.

    Art is transformational. We believe students come together to beautify shared spaces, one brushstroke at a time. Painting isn’t just about walls, it’s about hope, ownership, and growth.

  • Internships with Purpose

    Nicole’s journey is one of curiosity and empowerment. A Junior at Mount Saint Mary and Hilltop’s College Ambassador of International Engagement.

  • BICA

    Sustainable Development Projects

    We are working alongside our partners at BICA, Bay Island Conservation Associationin in Roatan, Honduras. Together, we to implement initiatives such as coral reef protection, mangrove restoration, waste management, and community initiatives.

    In a remote village in Honduras, learning happens under the open sky. Here, connection matters and every child becomes a reason to keep going.

Our Mission:

Hilltop Communities and our nonprofit Promoting Arts Teamwork & Hope - P.A.T.H. initiative, empower individuals and uplift communities through leadership, education, and infrastructure locally and globally. From expanding access to clean water and technology in underserved areas to launching arts-based programs that bridge cultures, we use creativity, service, and culturally rooted learning to drive meaningful change.

From Central America to the U.S., people are discovering their strengths, sharing their stories, and shaping real change with the momentum to grow even more.
